What's Been Done

RUTH Ministries International established its first mission point in Harsova, Romania, in May 2002. Since then, RUTH has worked to meet the spiritual and physical needs of the local people through:

• The establishment of a Romanian non-profit foundation;
• The purchase of a farm with 3.3 acres of land;
• The planting of the first local church;
• The development of basic need programs providing food, clothing and assistance in medical & dental needs;
• 10 short-term campaigns focusing on evangelism, construction/service projects, healthcare and the giving of Christmas shoe box gifts, and;
• The integration of a low-cost shipping solution to provide the resources necessary for the ministries in Romania.
