RUTH Staff Opportunities

It is exciting and humbling to see God's plan unfold. Within a 25 mile radius of Harsova, there are at least 12 villages that have no evangelical presence. This represents approximately 50 to 60,000 people. We are sensing His timing and preparing for the opportunity to go into these villages, establish mission points and plant permanent worship-filled, grace-oriented and life-giving churches. To do this RUTH must expand the current staff now. Below you will find an abbreviated look at new staff positions that are needed.

This position will be based full-time in Harsova, Romania. Some of the areas of responsibility and experience needed are:

• Mission point/church development
• Training of Romanian pastors and lay leaders
• Bible study curriculum
• Will work directly with the U.S. Director of Church Activity

This position will be based full-time in the United States. Some of the areas of responsibility and experience needed are:

• Establish contacts with American churches
• Develop relationships by coordinating and leading short-term campaigns to Romania
• Create long-term partnerships to help plant new international mission points and mature them to permanent churches
• Will work directly with the Romania Director of Church Activity

RUTH senses the opportunity now to make a life-changing difference for many of the children in Harsova and the surrounding area. The ministry is in prayer for those who have a burden and love for children to volunteer or come on staff and be a part of the children's projects.
